My Job
As a Director in FGS Global’s Government Relations, Policy and Advocacy team, I advise on regulatory risk in high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, spanning across merger control, FDI screening and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). A veteran of the Brussels media landscape, I also advise on strategic positioning and media relations vis-à-vis EU policy and specialist media.
My Experience
Prior to joining FGS, I worked for more than ten years in reporting on M&A regulatory risk. I led the merger control and regulatory beat at PaRR and Dealreporter (part of ION, formerly Acuris/ Mergermarket) as deputy Brussels bureau chief and regulatory editor EMEA, my weekly column being a staple publication in the Brussels competition community. My previous engagements include a stint as press officer at the European Commission, as well as with a Milan-based corporate communications consultancy, and as a freelance journalist with i.a. Thomson Reuters.
